This is a very yummy casserole that has been a go to for me since I started the low carb lifestyle in the early 2000’s.

Low Carb Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Layer a 11 x 13 casserole dish with cooked broccoli.

  3. In a separate bowl mix cream, sour cream, cheese, and eggs until smooth.

  4. Add chicken and mix well.

  5. Pour mix over the broccoli in the casserole dish and sprinkle with crushed pork rinds.

  6. Bake for 35-30 minutes.
