Ingredients
- 2 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Salsa
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- Brown the ground meat and taco seasoning in a fry pan, breaking up the chucks of meat until cooked through.
- In a large bowl mix cottage cheese, salsa, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Set aside.
- Add the ground meat to the bottom of an 11 x 13 casserole dish and spread evenly. Spread cheese and salsa mix on top of the meat and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Place the casserole dish in the oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until cooked through and the cheese is hot and bubbly.
